The show gallery for Marina One Residences will open for private viewing tomorrow.
Located in the heart of the Marina Bay financial district, the integrated development by M+S offers 1,042 units ranging from one to four bedders, as well as penthouses. Indicative prices for the project averages at $2,600 psf.
Spanning 3.67 million sq ft, Marina One will also include prime Grade-A office space in its East and West towers as well as a 140,000 sq ft retail podium, The Heart which will offer a variety of lifestyle and dining outlets.
It will be connected to the Downtown MRT station via a covered underground pedestrian network, and the Marina Bay station is stone’s throw away.
Right at the centre of Marina One is the Green Heart measuring 65,000 sq ft which will include a 13-metre ribbon waterfall, reflecting pools, verdant garden and sky terraces. A ramp connects the development on various levels for visitors to experience Marina One’s lush landscape planting, and artwork by Singapore and Malaysian artists to complement the garden setting.
Its landscape features a rich palette of more 250 plant species, and emulates a lowland rainforest from ground to top level. Speaking to PropertyGuru, the developer’s COO Kemmy Tan said, “M+S’s vision is to inspire its occupants. Marina One will live and breathe greenery and push the sustainability benchmark for upcoming developments in Singapore even further.”
It will be the only development with its own urban park, in addition to two parks within its vicinity.
M+S is confident the project will attract investors due to its strategic location and seamless connectivity. Tan said, “Astute and seasoned investors looking for a long-term investment will appreciate the potential upside that Marina One offers, in view of how the prices of The Sail have more than trebled in value since it was launched as the first city development in the Marina Bay area.”
Marina One is slated for completion by 2017.
