Global property consultancy Colliers International has made a clean sweep at the Euromoney Real Estate Awards 2014, picking up 30 awards across Asia.

Wins include Best Overall Advisor and Consultant for Asia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and Taiwan.

This is the second year in a row that Colliers has nabbed this particular prize at these awards, organised by the financial publication and which rewards the best service providers in the real estate industry.

Dennis Yeo, Interim CEO for Colliers in Asia said: “This honour is a major endorsement for our team across the region.

“Being recognised by our clients and people in our business with whom we work closely is especially gratifying; particularly for all of us at Colliers, who work hard every day to put our clients’ needs ahead of our own.”

The awards are given out based on the findings of an annual Euromoney survey, whose respondents include real estate advisors and consultants, developers, banks, investment managers and corporate end users.
