Savills has appointed Martin Fidden (pictured) as Regional Director for Valuation Services in Asia.
Fidden is based in Singapore and will be in charge of developing the Savills’ valuation capability in Asia. Specifically, his role is to enhance regional coordination, boost the company’s client base, as well as ensure best practices and internal procedures are in place across the region.
With 17 years of experience in the professional service field, Fidden has been a part of Savills Sydney for over nine years. He then worked for CBRE for a year before returning to Savills for his current role.
In addition, the property consultancy has promoted Daniel Ee to Principal Valuer for Singapore.
Savills’ Valuation team offers consultancy and valuation services across all sectors of the property market. Last year, it carried out 18,972 assignments with a collective value of more than US$397 billion in the Asia Pacific.
“As globalisation continues to reshape the marketplace, our clients are becoming increasingly reliant upon our regional connectivity to produce accurate and timely cross-border valuation and advisory services,” said Fidden.
