Singapore property buyers were again tempted by Bangkok developments last weekend, when another seven units at prominent listed property developer Sansiri’s The Base Park East development were sold to eager local buyers by real estate agency PropNex.
Last weekend’s event was one of several in-house events for clients of the agency, and to date more than 30 units at the On Nut project have been sold to Singapore-based buyers.
Benjamin Tan – PropNex Thailand Project IC told PropertyGuru.com: “We shared the upcoming EM-District cluster of three shopping malls at Phrom Phong, and the future development of The Bangkok Mall at Bang Na which will be about three times bigger than the Siam Paragon shopping mall.
“This puts the On Nut location, where The Base Park East condo is located, smack right in the middle of these two shopping enclaves.”
PropertyGuru will be hosting its latest Thailand Property Show in Singapore on November 1 and November 2, at Orchard Hotel. A series of unbiased, educational and informative seminars will also be part of the event.
