With economic growth growing faster than economists have estimated, the Philippines is also experiencing a property boom like no other. Notably, the rental yields in the country is one of the highest in Asia at 7 percent, according to Global Property Guide.

Banking on this, PropertyGuru is hosting another instalment of the Philippine Property Show this weekend (27 and 28 September) at Orchard Hotel from 11am to 7pm daily.

Now on its fifth instalment, the event will bring together top developers and will feature some of the best and latest residential developments from the Philippines.

Participating exhibitors include Greenfield Development Corporation, AyalaLand, Megaword International, Robinsons Land Corporation and Phinma Properties. The show will also feature seminars from industry experts and thought leaders, including Philippine Trade & Investment Center Commercial Counsellor, Mr Glenn Peñaranda, who will talk about investment opportunities in the Philippines.

Also in attendance will be the newly-appointed Philippine Ambassador to Singapore, H.E. Antonio A. Morales, who will deliver the opening address.

The Philippines continue to be a popular among Singapore-based buyers given the strong Singapore dollar and rising demand for overseas property.

Visitors also get a chance to win one of two Cebu Pacific round-trip tickets to the Philippines.
