HDB car parks

To help those who rely on motorcycles for their work, the government introduced a Concessionary Season Parking Ticket for Motorcycles (CSPT) on 1 January, which allows short-term parking at all HDB and URA car parks for a flat monthly fee of $20.

The scheme aims to make parking more affordable, especially for despatch and delivery riders, and applies for the whole day.

Individuals with an existing HDB Season Parking Ticket (SPT) can top up their existing ticket by $3 or $5 for surface and covered car parks respectively, to enjoy the benefits of CSPT.

Eligible motorcyclists must be a HDB resident, hold a valid HDB motorcycle SPT and own a Singapore-registered motorcycle.

To ensure the parking needs of all residents are met, CSPT holders can only park in the white lots of HDB car parks they are not registered in.

The CSPT can be purchased at HDB branches or via HDB e-Services.
