Greenwood Mews

Far East Organization recently launched 10 new units under phase two of its Greenwood Mews residential development.

The 103-year leasehold project comprising 62 two-storey cluster landed homes sits on a 113,734 sq ft site – the last major land parcel in the exclusive Greenwood area in Bukit Timah.

Each unit is over 3,000 sq ft in size and comes with five bedrooms. Facilities within the development include swimming pools and BBQ cabanas.

Prices start from $3.75 million for a 3,100 sq ft unit, inclusive of an additional special discount of six percent. In a statement, the developer said the discount will be offered to the first five buyers of the phase two launch.

In the phase one launch, four out of seven units released were sold.

“There are limited numbers of cluster landed homes available in Singapore generally. With the scarcity of such developments, especially in this well sought-after Greenwood precinct, coupled with enhancements in the living environment, Greenwood Mews holds long term enduring value for owner-occupiers and investors alike,” said Shaw Lay See, chief operating officer, property sales business group at Far East.

Meanwhile, public transport connectivity in the Bukit Timah area will be enhanced with the completion of the Downtown Line 2 in December this year. Plans are also underway to transform the nearby Rail Corridor into a continuous green public space.

Greenwood Mews is expected to achieve TOP in Q3 2016.
