Frasers Hospitality opens third KL property
Serviced residence operator Frasers Hospitality has launched its third property in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
The 445-unit Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur is both the city and Frasers Hospitality’s largest serviced residence to date.
It is located within proximity to the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC shopping centre and KLCC Convention Centre.
This brings the hospitality group’s portfolio in Kuala Lumpur to 1,000 apartment units.

Hiap Hoe given green light to redevelop Melbourne site
Singapore-based Hiap Hoe’s foray into Melbourne is gathering pace after the developer received approval to redevelop a city centre site, media reports said.
Located at the corner of Lonsdale and Elizabeth streets, the site was purchased in 2013 for A$43.8 million.
There are plans to erect two high-rise towers that will integrate 658 residential apartments, 1,344 sqm of retail space and a 350-room hotel.
