Tampines Avenue 10 site

A residential site at Tampines Avenue 10 (Parcel D) was launched for sale today to provide home buyers with more private housing options, according to the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA).

Released under the confirmed list of the first half 2015 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the 99-year leasehold site could yield approximately 490 residential units.

Measuring 15,660.4 sqm, it has a maximum gross floor area of 43,850 sqm.

Numerous schools including Temasek Polytechnic and the United World College of South East Asia (East Asia) campus are located in the vicinity, while nearby roads and expressways such as the TPE and PIE offer easy accessibility to other parts of Singapore.

The tender for the land parcel will close on 28 April 2015.
