To attract property buyers and investors amid tougher market conditions, developer UOL Group has priced more than 70 percent of the units at Botanique at Bartley, its latest residential project, at below $1 million.
The 797-unit condominium comprises one- to three-bedroom units ranging from 495 sq ft to 1,356 sq ft. Prices start from about $598,000 for a one-bedder, $798,000 for a two-bedder, while a three-bedder starts from $1.16 million.
UOL has also developed a new design prototype where the two- and three-bedroom ‘flexi’ apartments can be easily converted into dual-key units. This could cater to multi-generational families or buyers who wish to rent out a self-contained one-bedroom unit within a larger apartment to tenants.
“What we are offering is a resort-themed condominium with high quality specifications, as well as efficient and versatile layouts that caters to buyers’ rising aspirations,” said Liam Wee Sin, UOL’s President (Property).
Located within walking distance from Bartley MRT station, there are future plans to relocate the nearby Paya Lebar Airbase which will free up 800ha of land for alternative use.
Numerous local and international schools such as Maris Stella High School, Saint Andrew’s Village and the Australian International School are in the vicinity, while the Nex shopping mall in Serangoon is one MRT stop away.
The showflat located near the junction of MacPherson Road and Upper Paya Lebar Road will open for public viewing from tomorrow.
The 99-year leasehold project is expected to obtain TOP in 2019.
