HDB resale flats

HDB resale flat prices declined 1.0 percent in Q1 2015 from the previous three month period, according to flash estimates from the housing board.

But prices fell at a slower pace compared to the previous four quarters, the data showed.

More detailed public housing data for Q1 will be released later this month.

Meanwhile, 4,040 Build-to-Order (BTO) flats in Clementi, Punggol North, Sembawang and Tampines will be offered next month. About 5,000 flats will be made available in a concurrent Sale of Balance Flats exercise.
