A freehold good class bungalow (GCB) at Chee Hoon Avenue in District 11 has been launched for sale with an indicative price of $25 million, marketing agent CBRE said.

The property sits on a land area of 17,868 sq ft and was originally constructed in the 1960s but was renovated in 2005. Featuring a built-up area of just 3,300 sq ft with two bedrooms and a study room, future owners can choose to redevelop the site to optimise land potential.

Amenities in the vicinity include the Adam Road Hospital, Hollandse Club and several churches. The nearby Botanic Gardens MRT station and Pan-Island Expressway offer easy access to other parts of Singapore.

Douglas Wong, Head of Luxury Homes at CBRE said: “There is very limited supply of Good Class Bungalows in centrally located areas. We expect good response and strong interest for this tender exercise.”

The tender for the bungalow closes on 20 May 2015.
