Knight Frank Singapore recently promoted two key veterans in the company.

Ms Low Kin Hon has risen to the position of Deputy Group Managing Director with effect from April 2015, while Mr Ian Loh (pictured) has been promoted to Executive Director & Head of Investment & Capital Markets.

Kin Hon was previously the consultancy’s Head of Valuation Department from 2010. With a staff strength of 17 experienced valuers, it is one of the largest professional valuation teams in Singapore.

Meanwhile, Loh has over 10 years of real estate experience and joined Knight Frank Singapore’s Investment team back in 2008. Apart from successfully closing a number of significant deals in the last few years, he also helped to build up the Investment & Capital Markets team by recruiting experienced brokers.

Responding, Group Managing Director Danny Yeo said: “Both Ian and Kin Hon are part of a group of key personnel that we have been grooming to take over Knight Frank Singapore when we eventually retire.”
