Facade of d'Leedon

The d’Leedon condominium located at Leedon Heights in District 10 has emerged as the most sought after private condo for rent in Singapore, according to searches done in the past week on the PropertyGuru website.

Completed in Q4 2014, d’Leedon comprises 1,715 high-end units and is within walking distance to Farrer Road MRT station and Holland Village – Singapore’s expat enclave which has a stretch of eateries and restaurants.

Blossom Residences, an executive condominium (EC) at Bukit Panjang was the most searched EC for rent in the period. Interest in the project could be due to its recent TOP at the end of last year and proximity to the lush greenery at Bukit Timah Nature Reserve.

As for HDB rentals, the mature estate of Bukit Merah which is near to Redhill MRT station, VivoCity and Singapore General Hospital topped the list.

Here’s the current list of the Top 5 searched condos, ECs and HDB estates for rent on PropertyGuru.com.sg.
