Lovers of London property investments will have the opportunity to see one of the U.K. capital’s latest developments during a property exhibition in Singapore this weekend.
Colliers will be showcasing Orchard Gardens, the latest project from Lend Lease, in Elephant Park in London’s Zone One.
Private facilities for residents at the condominium will include gymnasium, club lobby, function room, two courtyards and rooftop grow gardens. The development will be ideally located for the Northern and Bakerloo underground lines as well as for National Rail.
Prices for suites, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments at Orchard Gardens start from £527,000.
The Singapore property exhibition for Lend Lease’ Orchard Gardens development takes place on Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, at Regent Hotel, Boardroom II-III, Level 3, from 11am until 7pm.
