Manny Pacquiao LA house

Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao has relisted his Los Angeles home for US$2.7 million after purchasing rapper Sean Combs’ mansion in Beverly Hills for US$12.5 million in April, media reports said.

Built in 2008, the Hancock Park property (pictured) was once featured on “MTV Cribs” and listed for US$2.7 million in August 2013. It was taken off the market in 2014 but popped back again with a similar asking price.

According to real estate website Redfin, the two-storey home features 22-ft high ceilings and a luxurious entrance. It also features an elaborate kitchen with a floating glass hood and a built-in coffee bar.

The Mediterranean-inspired home has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Notably, the master suite comes with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Pacquiao reportedly preferred to entertain guests at the pool area, where he had built a fireplace and a waterfall feature.
