North Park Residences in Yishun by Frasers Centrepoint and UOL’s Botanique at Bartley along Upper Paya Lebar continued to register healthy sales in May, media reports said.

Data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority shows that the 920-unit North Park Residences moved another 59 units in May, taking the overall number of units sold to 538.

Meanwhile, the 797-unit Botanique at Bartley sold another 94 units last month, taking the total number of units that found buyers to 345.

The two projects emerged as key drivers behind the significant hike in new home sales in April. Overall, developer sales plunged 45 percent in May due to the dearth of new launches.
