At the same time, the most popular executive condominium (EC) among prospective tenants is The Tampines Trilliant. This 99-year leasehold 670-unit project nestled in District 18 features full condo facilities. Tampines Mall and Eastlink Mall are just a short distance away.
The mature town of Bukit Merah has topped the chart as the most searched HDB estate for rent, followed by Ang Mo Kio and Queenstown.
