In a bid to stand out from other property developers amidst Singapore’s slow residential market, Qingjian Realty has unveiled a smartphone app that provides its customers with curated services and content to help them move in and live conveniently in their newly completed home.
The developer plans to roll out the HiLife Interactive application in all of its completed projects, including Natura Loft in Bishan, RiverParc Residence in Punggol and Nin Residence at Pheng Geck Avenue.
However, it is the homeowners of Riversound Residence who will be the first ones to try it out after they receive the keys to their units this coming Saturday, media reports said.
Through the app, homeowners can easily book facilities within the project, access the development’s handbook, and discover the latest events and deals within the vicinity.
They can also engage an interior designer, and make use of lifestyle products and services available on the app, such as from Samsung Electronics, Electrolux, and Mavis Tutorial Centre.
Commenting on the move, HiLife Interactive Product Director and Co-founder Charles Ji said: “It was crucial for us to gain a deeper understanding of the way our homeowners live, so that the mobile application can add value to their lives. For instance, with 89 percent of homeowners preferring to book facilities within the development via their smart devices, we ensured that the booking interface is user-friendly and efficient.”
He added: “76 percent of homeowners are keen to engage beauty services as close to home as possible, so our app enables them to easily find service providers that make house calls, and even make arrangements for ‘beauty pool’ with other residents.”
The mobile app which was developed by Qingjian subsidiary HiLife Interactive can be downloaded from the App store and Google Playstore for free.
