  Enjoyable place to call home

  Location is as central as it gets having direct access to Orchard Road/Plaza Sing. That said, it is quiet and relaxing once you are inside the condo. Residents are mostly expats and many are families with young kids as this condo is one of the very few in neighborhood with good facilities (and therefore popular with families). Management agent can do a better job especially with communication to the residents as responds are generally slow. That is being changed as new team is coming end of the year. Overall, our family are very happy to call this place home and have great relationship with all the neighbors.

  Poor management of facilities

  Most of the units are rented out to foreigners so owners are not living there- the current council (made of owners) is extremely cost conscious and takes a sadly short term view. The broken air conditioning has not been fixed for months despite residents' petition. They cut down a lot of the beautiful trees for "safety" - what appears to be cost cutting gardening/maintenance. Since the condo is 10 years old now, one would expect more maintenance costs but sadly, it takes months or years for anything simple to get done. The giant grassland next to the condo is being sold for development in Nov 2017 - so there will be a lot of noise and construction.

  used to be a nice condo

  Used to be a fantastic condo in the middle of the city:trees,waterfall,silence. A recent really poor management of the condo made it look more like an average condo:waterfalls broken for the past 2 years, jacuzzi broken for the past 6 months, most trees have been cut and nobody taking care of the few flowers left,air conditioning not planned to fix before mid 2018!:-) If more care was given to this condo,it would certainly be one of the best place to live in Singapore

  Very ideal location next to Plaza Singapura and yet doesn't feel the hustle and bustle of city life at all. Convenient yet tranquil.

  This development has a wonderfully peaceful atmosphere, feeling private and secluded even though it is right next to Plaza Singapura! While at first glance it appears that it would be quite crowded, the facilities are always available, it is tranquil, yet feels homely and has great facilities for entertaining. It's not perfect though, the Management centre can be slow in responding to requests, but if you don't need them, it doesn't really matter. The location is fantastic, the quality is great, there is even direct access to Plaza Singapura! All in all, a terrifc place for couples and families.

  Quiet

  This place is surprisingly serene given its very central location. Not sure how the future development right in front (along handy road) will affect this development though.
