  Happy Residence

  Been staying here for a while. Mgmt response timely to queries, Security guards are friendly. Estate is clean and well maintained. Size is reasonable, comparing to new launch in recent years. Having a big nice pool and tennis court shared by 300+ units, coupled with living in city fridge with access to mrt and necessary amenities. What more could I ask for?

  Good Locatio

  Great location and transportation ,near town and NEX. Great living space and layout with full condo facilities. Easy to rent with international school at door step. The potential of upside with two new condo, shopping mall and bidardri HDB flats coming up.

  Well Maintained Condo

  A very well maintained condo. Situated near to Woodleigh MRT. The area will be vibrant and grow with the upcoming Bidadari BTO, underground air con bus inter change, parks and integrated commercial and private condo.

  Major constructions opposite

  Major construction opposite the condo. Otherwise a pretty good place. Prepare for noise till 2020. Exterior and Finishings are fair, unit designs are not too bad.

  Relatively big size condo of more than 300 units located in between the Kovan and Potong Pasir areas. Nice landscapes.

  the build is terrible. The curtain ceiling is not holding up (the screws cannot hold the weigh as the ceiling is hollow), the wall paint is falling off(due to low quality paint), kitchen door is falling apart (wind is too strong kitchen door slams shut often even with stopper).

  same as blossoms

  same difficulty as blossoms@woodleigh, hard selling to some interested buyers who pull out due to the location's cemetery history. overpriced and better prospects in other places

  city fringe living with huge potential

  This project is situated on high ground and overlooking the bidari cemetry. FUTURE DEVELOPMENT: Govt has announced plans to develop Bidari cemetry as one of the new HDB towns so there is still quite a bit of potential value to unlock for the units here. AMENITIES are next to zero now, with the nearest places to buy groceries either at NEX (1 mrt station away) or at Potong Pasir which is around 500m walk away. ACCESSIBILITY: For those that takes public transport, there's a choice of either woodleigh or potong pasir mrt stations or the busstops right at the doorstep. Woodleigh mrt is like having your own private MRT station as there's not many commuters using it currently. If driving, its a straight road up into town and the roads leading to this development are 4 lanes wide, which kindof appeals to people that like open spaces like me. Facilities: The usual standard bbq pits and tennis court and a good sized swimming pool with a rather small but adequate gym. All in all, a pleasant environment for those that wants to be near the bustle and convenience of city living and yet away from it all..

  Nice City-fringe Living

  This estate is conveniently located between 2 NEL MRT stations and is just 15 minutes train ride from the city. It has a good size lap pool and a fair no. of condo facilities good for families. Amenities can be found at near-by Potong Pasir less than 10 mins walk away.
