Latest upgrades at Aspen
Great news. The Gym and Clubhouse toilets have been renovated. Wow what a nice new feeling. Gym has been expanded and love the higher ceiling. Toilets tho' new could have used better materials. The putting green is new too. The old cement bunkers have been removed and everyone looks forward to playing there. Totally not safe for other hard sports because there are people within ear shot, dozens of households literally meters away so loose balls and such go flying into living rooms. Not good at all. Hear management is doing the driving range next. All this after the wonderful lift upgrade. With Fort Canning MRT station taking shape, things are looking up for this wonderful condo of mine. -

Beautiful Condo
I am very proud of this condominium. It is a prime area, layout is good, grand entrance is impressive and premises are clean. -

Cool place but not strict enough
I like living here. have many Korean friends. Sometimes it is family friendly and cool also for young people because of tennis, squash and golf areas. I can relax by pool and work out at gym. In afternoon it is not so good. rather noisy and busy. it is not strict enough and I think office do a bad job to stop bad things happening like boys ride bike and shouting, playing scary sports frighten young girl. I saw many young and old go back home when bad boys come out to play. I was injure by ball but boys no sorry to me, very rude. Now I go home when they come to play. -

Bylaws being enforced...
The fact that some are complaining about being "harassed" when they are not obeying the bylaws is nonsensical. If they were the ones suffering through the noise etc I bet they would be clamoring for the bylaws to be enforced.... -

Highly recommendable
The commanding view overlooks the cityscape and the gardens are impressive almost like the Shangri-La hotel. Staff are courteous and friendly and residents are generally so. The premises are generally well managed and I can have no complaints. Would I recommend it to a friend? Yes most definitely. -

Responsibility
I saw some comment on Aspen Heights and I would like to share my view. Aspen Heights is still a pleasant condo with excellent location, full facilities and affordable rental. Some residents comment that it is no longer family-friendly, However, this notion of family-friendly should be considered for the population as a whole. How can we accept people playing hard ball near the pool area? How about skate-boarding in tennis court? How about riding bicycle in full speed while there are so many children/toddlers playing around? Therefore, we should ask ourselves if we act in a responsible way and consider the right of enjoyment of others and not only claim our own "perceived right" -

Enforcing By Laws
I am a resident of Aspen Heights for many years and have had good peaceful life here, until recently where there are some residents started playing football in common areas which is dangerous to people with small kids and babies, and in putting green area which is not designed for such rough activities. The 2 reviews below must be from those that are not happy with the Management enforcing the By-Laws in AH. As a foreigner living in S'pore, I really appreciate the lawfulness of S'pore. So what is wrong with enforcing the By Laws? If you want to change the By Laws, be an owner, then you can vote in the AGM. As a tenant, you do not have the right to change the By Laws, not even the Condo Management and the Council can change the By Laws. Please find condo somewhere else that allows you to play football if you like to play foot ball, which I really doubt if there is any Condo in S'pore that will have such facility. I fully support the Condo Management on enforcing the By Laws and hope those that like to have their own laws to move out soon. -

Big condo
It's not bad, quite a big condo but the facilities didn't impress me. Looking around for a unit in this area to buy. With the upcoming price drop in 2012, a good psf to enter is around 970psf. Just don't get a west facing. Like the nearby amenities best. -

Aspen Heights
my family and I have been enjoying living in Aspen Heights, the location is one of the best in Singapore, 10mins walk to Orchard road, 10mins to Roberston Quay. It offers a great quality of life as the condo has full facilities. -

Aspen Heights
I lived in Aspen Heights for 3 years and still love it. Although the recent Management office is not efficient and deserves to be changed! The location is great, easy access to all: shopping, dinning, a walk in the Fort Canning and Roberson Quay. The facilities are good. All the more the price is just very reasonable compared to other condos with full facilities in the same area. -
