  Fantastic lifestyle condo

  Lived in Bayshore Park for 6 years and haven't found anything better - all factors considered. This project's compound is huge and green, has a good mix of expats and locals, has direct access to the beach, comes with a convenient minimart, laundromat and cafe, and importantly, you don't feel conscious of looking into your neighbors because each tower is so far apart! Also very dog friendly and great for kids to socialize. The airport and Suntec are both 7 mins' drive away. The interior can be really basic but that's something that can be fixed.

  Spacious

  Lots of greenery and blocks are well spaced apart giving ample room for landscaped gardens and pools. New condominiums lack this kind of spread making Bayshore Park truly a rarity in ever increasingly denser Singapore.

  Bayshore Park

  Nice and greenery landscape. Full facilities such as mini mart, wifi network. ... convenient and prestige mix of city and resort living. It is hard to find in other condos.

  Family orientated style of living . Quiet and serene with ample greenery.
