Convenient and easy to access amenities
Have been owner for past 10 years, enjoy the ease of accessing the mall, public transportations and shops. Food options are also great. The management are also doing great job to support our common area needs. The security team is also very friendly. -

Great location with amenities at door step bu
A great location with amenities at door step. However, the huge turnoff & deal breaker for me was the security guard at carpark entrance when I drove in on 6 Aug 2022 at 2pm. He was super condescending when I said hi and told him politely that I'm coming to view a unit. Other than his bad & rude mannerism, he was also staring at me with 'dog eyes' as though I owe him something. The condo management should seriously review his performance and remove him from frontline duites given his bad attitude as it's absolutely detrimental to the reputation of the condo and company managing it. I've decided not to take the unit mainly to avoid dealing with such staff. Thank you for making my decision! -

Facts not fiction. Read ahead.
If you like to leave your condo and skip around puddles of dog urine and patches of dog excrement, which have been left in the carpark by inconsiderate tenants who can't be bothered to clean up, then Bedok Residences is your ideal home. If you enjoy to be woken by the the symphonic sound of building work at 7am every morning, Monday to Saturday, then look no further than Bedok Residence. If you long for the soothing sounds of percussive plumbing pipes reverberating through your floor every morning and evening, then a 1st level floor apartment at Bedok Residences would be an ideal apartment to rent. If you ache for the fresh smell of rotten rubbish to waft in to your apartment because it's been stuck in an undersized rubbish shoot for days, then make sure you select a condo which has a rubbish shoot close to the front door. If you like to share your condo facilities with an influx of AirBnB guests, or extended families of Landlords, then sign up to be a tenant at Bedok Residences. Sharing is caring, after all. If all these things appear to you, then look no further than Bedok Residences. A wonderful place to stay, depending on your requirements. *All above listed features have been raised with the Management team of Bedok Residences over a 2 year period. -

Bring your earplugs
Negative comments & reviews by others below are correct. Place’s convenience but too noisy & the cheap finishing make it unsuitable to live in. We just rented a pool facing unit here and have to sleep with ear plugs because of the sound from MRT, road and surrounding. Unit not facing directly to MRT & road but can hear the noise because of poor insulation of balcony door. Closed balcony doors & can still hear the noise. Also have to endure rowdy people during daytime and weekends using swimming pool & BBQ areas plus hearing neighbours walking and talking on common corridor because of gaps in front door and cheap quality of the door. Forget peace & quiet and a good night sleep staying here because of the noise. Finishing of unit is cheap and basic. White kitchen counter is difficult to keep clean. Common corridor looks like HDB. Noise, cheap & plain looking, small rooms make me regret renting here. Bring your ear plugs. -

Good location but very noisy & smelly
Location wise is good. Convinient to MRT, buses, malls and food. No complaint about location. But condo is very noisy especially with units with balcony in bedroom. Can hear MRT even though we not directly facing MRT track. Can clearly hear MRT braking and moving plus traffic noise. Now with a stage set up next to food court add even more noise during days when there are events. Another problem is the smell from food court and rubbish outside lobby because a lot of residence just throw rubbish there instead of using rubbish chutes. Rubbish chutes are generally useless as it is place outside common area and really small that most rubbish won't go down the chute. Some residence even leave rubbish next to chutes or leave rubbish stuck in chute. Convinient location but very noisy and smelly! Bedrooms are small too! -

Dirty Pool
The location is good,but the swimming pool is always dirty! many small particulate matter floating in the water and really disgusting when you swim. -

Purchase
It is totally disappointed by looking the finishing -polished homogeneous tile finsh ? Can't really lift the condominium status . bed facing the sitting bowl - bad fengshui . Too many open balcony and the interior are super small like bird cage but pay premium price . -

Great Amenities & Convenience
I was looking for a unit to rent for my family and was recommended to this project. The finishings are basic but the convenience and amenities made up for all the little short-comings. All units have good facings except those facing MRT (noise) and those facing the open fields which has direct afternoon sun (bad for health, furniture and too glaring for my liking). -

Convenience
This location is seriously perfect and superb for expats looking to stay in the east. Mall is right below and MRT is so near! Condo Facilities is perfect for kids, huge pool to swim and waste the weekend away. -
