  Caribbean at Keppel Bay

  An absolutely stunning condo with full facilities, including Olympic size s/pool, state if the art gym and one of the largest clubhouse in Spore. Fronting the Keppel Marina and a sea fronting boardwalk that we absolutely enjoyed our morning and evening walks. Very convenient to VivoCity, near Harbourfront MRT and many buses to the financial district. Labrador Park is also nearby and my family certainly enjoys the nature reserves, tranquility and fantastic evening sun sets.

  love this place. A hidden understated gem at

  Always love this condo complex, so near to Harbor Front and eatery around. Well located without having to pay for the heavy price tag of either the Coral or the Reflection. I can take my harbor walk right at the door step and easy walk to park, food and shopping. Only wish I could afford those face directly to the river :-)

  Great location and value

  We have been living here for a year. One of the rare condos with an amazing waterfront at your doorstep. Waterfront area is also privately owned by Keppel and very well maintained. This area is pretty undervalued and a hidden gem.

  Very incompetent management office and counci

  There have been many disputes in the condo and the management office handled them very badly. The latest council members also did not listen to what the residents need, very disappointing and do not recommend if love animals.

  Not for peace and quiet...poor noise insulati

  Great location. If you are looking for peace n quiet stay away from caribbean. Poor noise insulation btwn floors. Can hear dragging furniture, pets, kids running, jackhammer when renovating...uurg!!!

  Not for peace and quiet...poor noise insulati

  Nice location: marina and boardwalk. Good floorplan. Poor noise insulation between floors horribly inadequet. dragging furniture, jumping children, noisy pets. Jackhammer renovation will drive u nuts

  Compare to many other condos we used to stay in Singapore , we found here is the best place to call home. It’s a beautiful seaside condo which also close to the park, shopping mall and MRT.

  Aging condo

  Went viewing last week for a decent size unit for 3 bedroom. Carpark was ok but lots of turns to get to your lobby, Lift Lobby was dark and old with a weird smell. Went up to the unit on a private lift (plus point). Unit was big but obviously is old but layout is good, kitchen, utility rooms, tiles all very old. Condo exterior was not well maintained, plants was not well taken care of, pavements are dirty. So disappointed to see such a nice condo aging into this state. Not worth the money.

  Fantastic, but be wary of crooked landlords!

  We love everything about the Caribbean. Fantastic facilities, location and surroundings. Except for crooked landlord. We originally tried to rent a property from her and transferred our good faith deposit. However she did everything in her hands to make fraudulent changes to the Tenancy agreement and would not compromise on any of requests to update or remove the beds which were in disrepair. When we declined to sign the agreement on her terms she refused to return our good faith deposit. We are now taking this woman to court. Please be aware!!

  Super value for rental

  Resort like development with walking distance to Vivo City. Probably due to large number of expat returning to home country and completion of nearby new built, many units available at Caribbean. We are able to rent a 3BR 12xx sft unit at SG4,800.
