Casa neighbourhood
We stayed there in the past , if you don’t mind more than half its residents being PRC , then I suppose it’s fine . After all , the culture of living at Casa is v different from rest other condo .. very few locals . -

Nice condo, windy, big pool
Bought this condo for my own stay and still feeling lucky and happy for this purchase. With the expensive prices nowadays, this condo is a value buy given the quality, location, big pool and good management. Everything is great from the convenience with bus stop just beside the side gate, 4 NTUCs and coffeeshop in walking distance; local and american schools and proximity to civic centre/causeway point and MRT stations (red and future thomson line). I just did some small reno to fix up some wear and tear and it's already a great and big unit to stay in. I'm not an agent but i find myself already talking sales talk like one! -

Casablanca Condo
Love this Project ever since I moved here. I would say it is one of the highly demand condo in Woodlands area. 10 mins walk to mrt. Convenience location. And the units here all all very windy. Esp love the long swimming pool. One would not regret buying here. -

Overall experience
Had went into this condo few times. Overall not very impress as it feels like Ntuc chalet ambience within. Compare to the older rosewood beside, rosewood is classier. Within, it's very noisy with children. Distance to mrt is only several mins, but imagine walking under the sun or rain. Overall. Good for family. For buyers looking for quiet and classy condo. Your sentiment will be as good as mine once visited -

Resort style Living
Future is there and got potential, The new Thomsom MRT Line will be there, but have to wait until 2019 :) Exterior decoration look like everyday you r on holiday :) The 75 meters long swimming pool is longest in among Singapore condo. (if i m not wrong) But gym is extremely small. :( Just 10 mins walk to woodland MRT. -

Cool n Windy !
Our family has migrated to SG from US n living here as it's quite proximity to Singapore American school. To my suprise there are quite a number of American family staying here.We love relaxing near the big swimming pool. It's just a resort feel with wind blowing in all directions. Since we stay in the high floor, it turns pretty cold in the night. You don't need to turn on ur aircon. Overall it's a pleasant living here at CB. -

Casablanca is great
We've been looking for own stay. We were only looking for condos in woodlands areas. We viewed several units in other condos and overall we were very impressed by the ambience and upkeep of Casablanca as compared to others. The place has a nice resort feel. The pool is big. Within Casablanca we had viewed units in almost all towers. The premium towers 2 and 5 are the best as distance between the 2 tower are greater apart. Tower 5 though is the best as it is not facing rosewood condo and there are lesser units -4, as compared to 6 at tower 2. Can't wait to move there. -
