Not Worth
Though looks externally good, low floor units and facilities are run down. Multi Purporse hall is very old and musky smell everywhere. Basement carpark also has lot of cockroaches! -

Looks are deceiving
Appealing from outside but horrible place to live especially 1st floor units facing road.No proper ventilation in bathrms & ktchen,cockroaches jump out of rubbish chute,scorching direct afternoon sun -

Rare Low rise condo living
I look at several new and old condos and finally decided on Casafina. I have moved since March. It has been fantastic. The neighbors are quiet and nice and you wake up to the sounds of chirping birds. Very well maintained and close enough to all amenities. Did I also mention that it is well served by many bus routes. -

Love at First Sight
My wife and I shopped around quite a bit when we were looking for our home. We checked out close to a dozen condos (combination of new and old developments) and we both instantly fell in love with Casafina at first sight. The one thing that I love most about Casafina is the spacious, well laid-out units. The living-dining area in particular is HUGE! Everyone that comes to our unit is amazed that our unit is only 1,300+ sqft cause they say it feels bigger. Interestingly, the rooms are also of decent size (compared to the tiny rooms that we saw in the newer condos) and the kitchen and yard are spacious. I put it down to good floorplan/layout – I didn’t realize how important this is until I saw Casafina. The other thing I like about Casafina is its proximity to East Coast Road. It goes without saying that we’re never short of dining options :). And there are so many eating places within walking distance, so you don’t need to drive or use a cab to get around. If however you need public transportation, there is a bus stop right outside Casafina or you could take a short walk (less than 10 mins) to Bedok MRT. The place is currently getting a facelift (repainting & repairs). So it will look even better after the R&R. I look forward to many more happy years at Casafina. -

Serene and Peaceful
My family recently moved to Casafina. We absolutely love it here! The units are generally spacious with little wasted space. The condo has very low density (unlike the new condos are launched these days). The residents are generally friendly and welcoming. So you get a nice balance of privacy and company when walking around the public areas. The management staff are friendly and helpful. This is a perfect place for families with children. -

View this condo and find not worth paying $950k and above for this 10years property.So near petrol station, JC.Not value for $$$. -
