  One of the worst condo in Singapore

  I am staying in Changi Court since last two years and it is perhaps the worst condo in Singapore. It is old and not maintained at all. Among the facilities, there is only pool and badminton court. There is no tennis court, no children play area, no Sauna, no proper gym. All are there but spoilt and cannot be used. And worst part is the management committee which in spite of maintaining the condo, just keep on making rules. For ex. there is a rule that you can not stand or sit anywhere in condo after 10 pm. Only good thing is the location of condo.

  old but value for money

  Seen quite many devts to invest, and I still prefer this kind of older estate with SO MUCH bigger space for 2 bedder! You won't get more than 800sqf for 2 bedder unit in new devt and it's freehold! Just do a research and you will see many devts outside MRT stations are leasehold in the east. Very practical layout and most importantly, it is right at the doorstep of DT MRT station that is opening in 2017! Imagine, just a stop away from Changi City pt and tampines mrt station. I grabbed a reasonable priced and bigger unit (>900sqf) and waiting for its potential to realize after the MRT station is open! it's only con is that redundant lift as half of the units will still have to climb a flight of stairs to their unit. Not a big deal as little stairs, but for those disabled and elderly, will need to factor this into consideration. Overall, good to invest long term with CBP and international school just besides this FH devt.

  Changi court tower block is very good

  the tower block is north-south facing, very quite a place for stay, tower block have undground car park, have balcony. direct pool facing. I like it and buy it directly during the viewing.

  Up and down and up and down.....

  I saw a 4 bedroom unit at Changi Court. The only saving grace is the unit layout. It is practical and quite a comfortable size except for one of the rooms, quite small. Other than that, it is old/dated and feels like it. The whole project is done without basement carpark and worse, not even a car porch that leads directly to the lift except the tower block. Even HDB has better considerations for its residents carry heavy groceries or elder/handicap residents or rainy days with young children! To get to the lift, you need to either climb another half flight of stairs up or down. The lift is so small, three of us and it is already a squeeze. So yeah, as someone here has written, sporty lifestyle........ you get to climb up and down and up and down......

  Changi court & Changi Green

  The condo unit layout is abit old and kitchen furnishing is old and dull. For Similar price of rental, I will choose opposite Sunhaven or Savannah. As these two condos layout and facimities are new and nice. Sunhaven is peaceful and with new well maintained facilities and nice beach pool. Savannah has very big and theme park landscape but maybe over crowded and noisy as it has more units. The shuttle / feeder bus stop is just outside Sunhaven ~ very convenient too to take bus to and from Expo, Tanah Merah and Simei.

  Good for sporty lifestyle

  Closest condo to CBP (with Changi Green) with a (cycling/walking) path to the same. Buses to Tanah Merah and Simei MRTs, Airport and Changi Village. Scenic locale with connectivity to PIE and ECP. One of few to have an indoor badminton court. The pool is regular shaped, quite big, never crowded, appealing to serious swimmers. Tennis courts are not good. Air-con gym is quite nice. Low-height basketball hoop in parking lot. Interiors and units are tastefully done. There is a Shell pump with 7-11 nearby, but otherwise no amenities - have to head to Simei for everything. Changi Beach and ECP are not too far away for weekend getaways. Rents are quite reasonable given the unit area and facilities.
