Hidden Gem
I am pleasantly surprised, my two kids love this place. This place has a good mix of expatriates and locals. We simply love it and feels like five star resort with good greenery. -

Hidden Gem or Hidden Cost?
Read some mixed reviews about this condo. The recent one is very bullish and even compare this condo with My Manhatan which is selling for $1,000psf. But let's be realistic: this aint My Manhatan and My Manhatan aint Manhatan either. To pay $1000psf to stay next to a train track, IMHO, is irrational exuberance. But... to each its own, so thou shall not compare. Anyway, as I am considering to get one unit in the East, I have seen a couple of units. While I do agree that the layout of the units are generally good, I can't help but to agree with some reviewers that the condo is rather poorly maintained. The road has quite a few holes, the building exteriors and carpark have algae. Shouldn't it have gone through the exterior painting already? The fountains are not working either. I saw on the notice board about lawsuits against the developer and the contractors and asked the agent what is the potential impact should they fail in the claims but he could not provide any satisfactory answer. In short, I am rather hesistant to buy a old condo without knowing if there will be any hidden cost... -

After the election..
the price in this estate will never be the same again. My Manhatten @ Simei selling well over S$1000psf. This project is near to 1 Subway, 2 Major Expressways, 1 Shopping Center, 1 up & coming NUTD ( University of Technology & Design ), International Expo, International Business Park, Tampines Banking Hub, 1 General Hospital, and Changi International Airport all within 7 mins drive. The only PRIVATE CONDO with this kinda of layout in Singapore selling below $1000psf now. All the owners here are still sleeping because most of them are civil servants and they only work and do not monitor the markets. Got myself a great bargain here and will not be selling until after all the weak hands have left this condo :) Thanks for the bargain, AGAIN !! -

Nice condo but...
I have moved in this condo for about half a year already. I was attracted by the layout of the apartments and overall quality of the build is good, the landscaping is very good and the facilities much better and practical than most new condos. My only hesistation back then was that the basement carpark is not exactly covered throughout. After staying for half a year and have better appreciation of the condo, I find the condo feels old and not so well maintained. The building facade definitely needs a new coat of paint. The road condition is definitely less than desired. Its rather bumpy. About a month ago, when there was heavy downpour, the basement lobby of my block even had serious leakages. Likewise my apartment, though not as bad as the basement lobby. Now I realise that why Singaporeans seem to like to buy new condos.. -

Nice and quite condo
I bought a apartment at this condo 4 months back and have been staying here for more than a month now. I like this place as it is quite and peaceful. Its so convenient to travel to most parts of Singapore as the PIC, ECP and TPE are close by. Singapore Expo is also nearby and I can shop at the various sales out there. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. -

Cozy and quite
Moved to this condo 8 months back and like this place. Its quite and a bit away from the hub-hub of the "heart-lands". My kids love the sand pool and hubby likes the clubhouse and pool. This place is quite and peaceful and ideal for families looking for a resort kind of feel... I give this place 4 stars :-) -

Love this condo
Great place stay especially for family with children and Expats. This place is peacful with a resort feel. Abount but 0.8km to Simei MRT. Love the lap pool and the clubhouse.. Children enjoy the sand pool. Condo Managementneeds improvement as the road bricks have been dislodged/loosened for quite a while and no action has been taken. -
