Can maintain new accessibility
The gym and mgt office is in one of the blocks. So, during raining season, it will be good that the current new security system maintain accessbility to these areas via basement carpark. In the past, I was told that residents can only access their own lobbies. So during rain, they hv to brave the rain in order to go to the gym because they do not hv access to the lobby where the gym is. Allowing accessibility to this important lobby does not compromise the privacy because they are only accessed by residents, not outsiders. Also, only these lobbies allow comfortable access to wheelchair and mobile device users as the ground floor is on flat ground, compared to some lobbies where the route to mrt is on a narrow slope. -

An overlooked project worth attention
Compared to similar 20-year-old or even younger projects, the maintenance of Compass Heights is one of the best I have seen. The MA at the time of writing is very responsive and kept the estate very clean. Although it is in the midst of the hustle and bustle by integration with the transport hub, and the main shopping mall of Sengkang, living in the estate is surprisingly tranquil and serene. The architectural design also cleverly segregates the residential buildings from the train stations and shopping mall, creating potential for non-dependable future developments. The condo entrance/exit at the 3rd floor swimming pool feels like a magical portal where an integrated MRT station is there to greet you when you emerged through the glass enclosure. Just a few steps more and u enter the mall. -

Mcst2762 need a lot of improvement.
MCST SRM always push away responsibility when brought up by residents. Not wrong that he's working for the MC. Have to even bring them to court for a issue for a claim due to their lapse in maintenance. Pool toilet is worse than public toilet. MA subcon out everything and don't even check. -

Wonderful Location
Wonderful location as it is next to shopping mall, LRT, MRT & above Bus Interchange. Is it harder to enbloc in future as it is built above the bus interchange? -

Very convenient location wise as part of of an integrated mixed development with MRT station and shopping centre. Residents' swimming pool is built right on top of the shopping centre. -

might have rats
Just visited a unit. Very good location but building maintenance can't keep up with this aging condo. Wifey loved the huge kitchen area but wasn't pleased to see rats poo near the BBQ pits. -

Good and comfortable
Great condominium with the direct transport link (MRT,LRT, bus interchange) right downstairs the development. Is also very convenient because of the mall downstairs as well. Units are generally big in size compared to newer condominiums which is definitely a plus point. I strongly recommend this place for own stay/investment. -

Condo review
Viewed this place just before the new year. The place looked a bit dated and in need of proper maintenance. Same goes for some of the facilities like the gym. The unit I saw was quite nice and spaceous, but the lift lobby was dark. The dogs in the unit next door (#02-20) barked throughout my visit. They were very noisy. Could not see myself living with that for too long. It was very annoying even for a 15 minute viewing. Place is convenient for transport, public or private, with a shopping center. -

Noise Pollution at Compass Heights
A good condo with the convenience of the MRT, LRT, bus terminal and Compass Point Shopping Centre under one roof. Unfortunately the noise pollution is getting worse due to the inactivity of the management. In fact, their decision to install a noisy pneumatic waste disposal system has serverely contributed to the increase in noise and will depreciate some units here dramatically. The other noise pollutants are the numerous dogs that are allowed to bark all day and night by their owners. Such a shame really. -

Super convenient and worth the $$$$
Super like this project is so convenient and is worth the $$$. Can't find another project like this. Never regret for those who already brought a unit. -
