Superb Convenience
Pros- 1) Love the convenience of having a Shopping mall so near. You'll need to stay here to appreciate - save on time queuing for carpark lots everytime we go to Parkway esp the weekends! 2) Have enjoyed the swimming pool too except on weekends when it gets too popular. Cons - depending on blocks and level , some units can get noise from traffic but are compensated with unparalled seaview though -

Nice place
I like this place!will buy here is the price is right! A few points to consider good - beside parkway parade. - beside seaside ..windy..depend on blk.. - near some very good school bad - beside seaside so will always have this sticky feeling..need to bath often and it corrode furniture easily - reclaim land. -the traffic there is horrible.. esp on weekend night.. - journey to city takes around 30 mins ..! 15 min only if i own the road and I am the only car in singapore... -

Cote D'Azur
Cote D'Azur, located at Marine Parade is so cozy to stay in. It is so near to the East Coast Park and good schools and only 5 mins walk to Parkway parade.The swimming is so wonderful especially the kids pool, gym room is well equipped . At Cote DÁzur', you can access to anywhere easily. It take abt 15mins drive to reach Orchard Road and the Airport. -
