Things are better now (2024)!
Noticed that many negative reviews were posted before or during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, it's now 2024, and the property has undergone two rounds of successful management changes. This dog-friendly condo offers ample space for both children and adults to enjoy activities. Over the past year, ongoing refurbishments have resulted in improved landscaping, including better greens, and a renewed tennis court. Additionally, the condo boasts a diverse and welcoming community with a good mix of residents from various ethnicities. Highly recommended -

Noise between floor and floor, especially if
This is personal opinion. However I hope this review help someone who wants to consider move in here. Between floor and floor, it is built with thin material. So you can hear all of sound like slamming the door, draggin the chairs, dropping something from upstairs. Of course, it is common things in the condo, HDB etc. But please imagine if this kind of noise happen during night time when you fall a sleep. (Nigtmare...) Just read this review and rethink how much you can endure it. Yes, this is totally depend on the your neghibor who you live with. -

non-family friendly with poor management
ball play and the use of scooters are not permitted. Helpers are discriminated and not allowed to use the facilities. -

Racist management
Beautifully diverse condo with ugly racist management. Lived here for 5 years and repulsed by the discriminatory policies. -

Poor management!! Be warned!!
Have lived here three years and originally loved it and agreed with the reviews of it being an oasis but in the past year it has gone down significantly. 1. Maintenance is poor, pools always dirty 2. Now only allowed half the aircon units on in the GYM! 3. Children are not allowed to use scooters or play ball sports inside the condo (i.e. not allowed to have fun) 4. Only allowed two bikes storage regardless of the number of people living at the home 5. Facilities were free, no payment needs to be made and massive bonds required 6. $500 bond now required to receive simple deliveries Management simply decide with no communication and then ask the poor security guys to enforce. It’s a train wreck and it now feels oppressive to engage with anything outside of your home. The apartments themselves are lovely and of a high quality. Only critique is that the kupperbusch appliances seem to be wired badly as they blow their motherboards in a storm. We’ve had to replace the dishwasher and the microwave and now keep everything switch off at the wall unless we are using them as they are super expensive and slow to replace -

Lack of maintenance
This review is from a resident not from an agent. I completely agree with a previous review. The condo is nice but the lack of cleaning and maintenance make the place less confortable and pleasant. Cockroaches coming in to your apartment from the bin chute, facilities not working many times or under repair for ages. Management seem to be trying to annoy residents instead of helping them. -

Mixed feelings
Excellent and convenient area to live. Quite units in South tower facing away from Bukhit Timah, actually a very nice place. Very nice pool, gym is okay, 2 tennis courts. You have to pay for BBQ pits, but could be cleaner and sometimes they are broken (toilet or pit does not work) Maintenance is questionable, pool area tiles broken and not repaired since months, same with men changing room door, too many things break and takes too long to repair. Management imposes new rules every month, now kids are not allowed to play ball games anymore. Management changes security staff again and again because of bad performance, but cannot keep up with some of their own tasks (e.g. check if cleaning service is keeping the area clean, respond to emails in time, repair broken things, inform why there are false firealarms going of regularly in the middle of the night, reduce smell and cockroaches from bin chute) -

Best condominum in D10. Spacious/Near to MRT
The condo is a resort oasis in D10,spacious with sky gardens overseeing orchard road and botanic gardens, and lots of BBQ area. It also near to several renowned good schools. It is the largest project in District 10. Well decorated with high end furnishing. -

A more balanced view
Just moved into our 3 BR apartment, overall a great project however, there are few shortcomings which Far East could have done a better job. Namely: 1. A dishwasher is included in the kitchen equipment but its location is across the kitchen. The proper location is right next to the sink. 2. Wall oven is place low on the floor which make any form of usage extremely difficult. 3. Living room air cond receiver panels has a tiny green ops light and located high up close to ceiling; next to impossible to know if the air cond is on or off. 4. A complete lack of cupboard space for linen or general items. 5. There is also the clear glass toilet for all to see when you are doing a big job. All the above can be fixed at a cost. Otherwise, the Cyan is a well built property on a very spacious ground. -
