  Dcambridge

  Nice small boutique apartment but rooms are unrealistically small. Balcony has good view of pool.

  Good for singles

  Facilities: This development is equipped only with a swimming pool which was remarkably large considering the size of the development. A nice touch was also the provision of an electric BBQ grill. Interior: The 2 bedroom unit came with good fittings e.g. Daikin inverter aircons, etc. However, I was disappointed with the layout as the rooms and living/dining area was extremely small since there were alot of space wasters like aircon ledges, bay windows, bomb shelters, etc.

  For those who love BIG balconies

  Good fittings and fixture but not much facilities, only a swimming pool. Cannot understand the huge balconies which is close to 200sft, leaving a 50sft 3rd bedroom (??)
