  good place to stay in

  Can see the improvement right now after Canberra Mall and MRT start operate on 2019, near to MRT, Shopping Mall, nearby HDB coffee shop and opposite is very nice Natural Green Yishun park.

  Lots of facilities and good landscaping. Gree

  Plenty parking lots, very accessible to Canberra & Yishun MRT stations, yet shuttle services available.

  Been living here for past 1yr+

  Bought a resale unit & living here for 1 yr+. My elderly parents like the surrounding & nice neighbour. Love the unique master bedroom 2nd door that leads to balcony. No issues yet, guess I'm lucky :)

  Rude Mcst Security

  They will wheelclamp your car and tell u it's a new revised policy. Pay $150 to unlock. I told him i got difficulty walking to his office via walking stick but the security guy Khishot ignored.

  luxury condo by frasers property

  Very good size pool, bbq pits & gym. 5mins to canberra mrt and new mall. close to chong pang, sembawang mall and northpoint city. Good buy

  Strict rules for pool users

  No small water guns, toys, floaters for the pool, even the children's pool. Playground cannot have too much noise from the children, not children friendly although lots of facilities. Residents chopped' place in the small pool in front of their ground flr unit.

  Nice grounds

  This place seems great for families with kids, they have outdoor facilities for all ages scattered throughout the grounds. A shuttle service will be in place between eight courtyards and Northpoint, connecting it with Yishun MRT. Interior is pretty standard, it's what you expect to find in most new developments.
