Peaceful Low-rise Resort Feel Condo
Development is well kept for its age: the pool is large, seems more than 50m. Side gate opens to Pandan park connector! Nestled in private housing so there’s a shuttle bus that goes to Clementi every half hour. Near NUS, Nanhua primary school. Been to other condos but find that the facilities like common area tiles and pool not as well kept as here. I like the low rise resort feel. Better for families who like large sizable units, nature and ample facilities. -

Good range of facilities but terrible managem
We stayed here for 3 years. The management office is very unprofessional. They make errors for announcement of dates of renovations and disrupt the peace for the residents. They have also missed on updates of fogging so you would be surprised with sudden fogging schedules. The playground has not been upgraded since this place was built, residents (who are often old) are also resistant to upgrading the playground for children. The security guards are lazy and not helpful, often pushing the work to the office and the office, to the security guards. Walls are thin and we could even hear our neighbour stirring their cups with a metal spoon or the vibration from their phones. -

Resident of Faber Crest
Amenities are near to reach as there is a condo bus every half hourly from 7am to 9pm. Takes only about 5 min for condo bus to reach Clementi Central where you can access market, supermarket, food centre, coffee shops, post office, shopping mall, clinics, hair salons, banks, MRT and bus interchange. What else can you ask for?! It takes about 5min walk from the condo to the bus stop along AYE if you need transportation outside condo bus operation time. The location seems far from everywhere but in actual fact, it is v near to amenities and convenient than many other condos. Just take the bus condo to get a feel of what I mean. -

Quiet enclave
The environment is resort-like: peaceful and relaxed. Nice neighbors and the facilities are pleasant. I enjoy the family-oriented environment. -

My honest review
The interior looks its age of 14 years. The color combination of blue and beige on its facade is a color of sorts. This "resort' is very far from the main road and essential amenities are a long distance away. Without the Faber crest bus, it would be terrible to think of. The main good point is that it is peaceful. The condo facilities are satisfactory, if you do not have high expectations. The condo units next to the canal might attract insects. The rental yields are quite terrible, given high maintenance costs. The maintenance costs will go up as the age of the condo goes up. The prices of the condo is going down, down, down. -

Faber Crest
Low rise apartments hidden in the landed enclave with some units facing the park connector and canals. Rather relaxing place to reside. Shuttle bus is provided to the Clementi MRT station and there is a mini mart inside the condo -

Great place to live in!
These days it is very difficult to find such a place near city without paying more than $1200 PSF...All new 3 bedroom is only around 1000 SQF.... I really cannot stand the mickey mouse bedroom and the open concept kitchen... -

Insects don't come from rivers!
The MRt track is more than 1 km away and well covered by the tall trees on the other side of the 20 meter-wide river. This is not a still water longang. . Insects don't breed from rivers! You have to live here to appreciate the serenity here! -
