  A great place

  A fabulous project with huge livable area. I m currently staying at 1421 sqft high floor 3 years. Current council members had put their hearts and souls for the past two years. Many sticky problems had been fixed. Kudos to them.

  Nice but beware.

  This project is quite old with many units experiencing rooftop and water leakages. Agents selling a nice picture of units facing a green field but that may not be for long as it is a residential plot. Beware too of construction noises from nearby BTO project.

  Undervalue property

  This is the 2nd nearest condo to Amk mrt station. With cross island line, Amk is like the nxt bishan interchange. Great convenience and central to all. G8 is a undervalue property. Lots of potential

  Grandeur 8 Review

  Largely good place to live in, have been living here since built - apart from management policies which sometimes don't make sense and is generally overkill. For example, the removal of a small cabinet requires an approval plus a deposit of $200 plus the entire lift to be safety padded.

  Hurry and Hold

  For those who is selling please hurry up, for those who are buying, please hold on. The property is coming down to the buyer world, so please do not think of selling high price, be sensible.

  very well maintained and good facilities

  viewed it and bought a unit straight away. been looking around the properties in the area i feel this is the best value for money.

  Grandeur 8

  Though it is at the central of AMK,it is quite a distance to MRT. The library is nearby. Grandeur8 maintenace is rather bad for a reasonably new condo. MRT track noise can be rather bad.With the coming of the nearby Polyclinic, it will become less peaceful. The rental yield is rather poor for the asking price . Current price is high. Indeed it is surprisingly low for AMK.

  generally not bad

  generally not bad, but not attractive, either. Not so impressive except the fact there is a public library nearby.
