The place is very worn down and the management is very unreasonable. They do not allow any moving of boxes unless you apply for permission. -

68 Harbourlights-Master bedroom
1. Near Harbourfront mall. 2. Croaches and ants infested. 3. Overpopulated CoLiving(3 become 6 rooms). 3. Low water pressure. 4. Drainage problem-toilet smelly. 5. Old building-if dont renovate inside things fall apart. -

Great location but building is looking a bit old. Some units enjoy a small stretch of wild greeneries view. -

A great Location to stay
Just opposite to Vivo City and Sentosa. 2-3 mins walk to MRT. Mount Faber is right behind the Condo Facility is a bit old but working properly Security is very friendly Very quiet if facing the pool -

I would NEVER recommend living here
Stayed there for 2 years and realized after I moved out that I was paying a premium rate for a place that's not premium. Pros: -while overpriced, the location is excellent. Vivo city, MRT and bus stop right next door. Cons: -ALOT OF BUG PROBLEMS. sooo many bugs, mind you my apt look brand spanking new from the outside. - Upon moving out my landlord tried to suck every dollar of money out of my security deposit. They threaten, harassed and charged me for ridiculous items and totally drove me crazy. -From the start -- even before the lease started -- to even after we've moved out, the guards and management has been insanely difficult and enjoy enforcing their authority. There was once a security guy yelled at my Uber driver for honking when the barrier was not lifted and instances like that were not rare. -Constant noise. Make sure you open the windows during your viewing. Mine were closed, and I wasn't aware of how crazy loud the surrounding area was--especially if you face the highway. -Someone else already mentioned the bad facilities and neighbours --> plus one from me. Honestly I would give 0 stars to this poor excuse of an apartment complex if I could. DO NOT live here unless you want to deal with horrible people and resident services. There are many other nice condos nearby that is within the same price range or even cheaper. Save yourself from the nightmares. -

old run down condo, landlord keeping deposit
-old run down condo( gym equipment always faulty and not repaired), apartment has leak from every bathroom toilets -landlord will pay repairs in the beginning then will ask you to pay for everything and will keep your deposit at the end. Be ready for a lot of expense that in the end will increase the monthly rental. -price above market price (we paid 4.2k 2013 to 2015 and 4k 2015 to 2017 while our neighbours paid for the same flat 2 floors down same period (3.8/3.6/3.24k) -fifth floor unit facing the mt faber forest with a monkey coming into many units for at least 1 week (a baby has been bitten) -our next door neighbour doing airbnb so be ready for luggage noise every night, another unit rented by many young men working in nearby clubs so be ready to sometimes see some of them around 7am saturday/sunday lying down on the floor in front of the lift because too drunk to walk to their unit... -we also saw a few times police officers inside the condo dealing with security guards... -the only good thing about this condo is the location. -but so many great condos in good condition on the market at the moment for the same price! -

Convenient, Peaceful and Quiet
Have been staying there on the weekdays for 3 months. Location is very convenient with good amenities nearby. Quiet and peaceful mostly. Management office and staff are mostly fair, friendly and helpful. The exterior is old school 90s with some sort of resort feel. -

Habourlights
Visited this condo and here are my views Good 1) Excellent location near CBD, vivo city, sentosa RWS. 2) Excellent transport links. Just next to MRT and many buses to CBD. 3) Freehold 4) Reasonable PSF price. 5) Potential en bloc. Bad 1) design of the condo reminds you of something build in the 80s. 2) no decent facilities like tennis courts or function rooms. gym is small and pool is more of a wading pool. 3)Noise pollution from the traffic. located just opposite vivo and gateway to sentosa. 4) condo is relatively old and run down. 5) some units facing the other way are too close to the forest of mount faber. This may lead to some unwanted guests and pests. conclusion. Good for long term investment, bad for own stay. -

Superb Location & Peaceful Environment
The location is top-rated, next to HarbourFront MRT. Vivocity Mall that has everything is just next door! My unit faces the greenery and pool; a very peaceful atmosphere. For fun lovers like me, Sentosa and Mount Faber are within walking distance, a definite plus! The best place I have stayed. -

Great Environment & Very Convenient
This place is great especially for tenants, with spacious rooms, lots of greenery and great convenience. We can literally walk to Sentosa and Mount Faber. A big shopping mall, Vivocity, is just next door where we can buy and eat anything and everything. Harbourfront MRT (North East line and Circle line), as well as the Bus Interchange, are also next door. Even though we don't own a car, we can go anywhere easily. In addition, being close to town, going to Orchard Rd, Chinatown, Raffles Place and Marina Bay areas is a breeze. This condo is also close to offices in Harbourfront Centre, Mapletree Business City and Alexandra areas. I am glad to have found this wonderful place, an oasis close to the city! -
