Hazel Park Condo best in almost all aspect
Sheltered all the way from Cashew MRT to Condo's side gate and underground carpark leading to lift lobbies of all the blocks. Condo side gate has a bus stop around 1 or 2 mins walk from Condo's side gate. Side gate of the condo is beside The Myst Condo's main entrance. Park connector lead all the way to Hillion Mall and around 8min - 10mins walk (distance and timing walking to opposite bus stop in front of Mindef is equivalent to walking to Hillion Mall from Hazel Park Condo. Pools are catered to all age group. Wading pool for toddlers, massage pool for elderly, deep pool, Jacuzzi pools. Internal outdoor exercise corner between plant nursery for residents and basketball court and tennis court with nature trail walk leading to condo's side gate. Not affected by main road traffic noise -

I recommend you stay away from this estate...
I rented an apt here. The sewage pipe burst & spilled shit on my car, resulted in a stain. MCST cleaned the flr but refused to clean my car or compensate my car wash. Simple principle but no goodwill; claimed it is park at own risk. I had termites in my unit; toilet got choked - you know sewage system has an issue but mcst won't admit. I don't know what else will break next. I think better stay away from this estate because it is old and MCST & mgt council just do minimum, stick to the book and won't do what is right. You will never get a good estate like this. There are better condos around eg. next door where the mgt is very pro-active. -

Unpleasant experience
Poorly maintained facilities that made our experience unpleasant. Sewage pipes in the underground carpark leaked solid waste onto our car. It’s been traumatic and I am always searching for lots nowadays which do not under sewage pipes. -

Very unpleasant experience
The facilities are badly maintained. Leaking pipes in the condo carpark are not taken care of by the management so that sewage water including solid waste dropped on our car. It’s a very traumatic experience. -

Good for families. Wonderful place to stay
Fully covered walkway to Cashew mrt. 6-7min walk Side gate to coffee shop and Hillion Mall Well maintained peaceful quiet place Love staying here!!! -

A gem. Great place for families and retiree
Happened to read comments comparing hazel park with hillview condo. I would think equally same. My concern for hillview is... I wonder if I can manage the up/down slope walking to hillview mrt and the traffic within hillview area with only 1 road. Therefore, it make sense if hazel park is higher price than hillview considering it is within 1km to few schools and full cover walkway from basement right to Cashew mrt. I believe Hazel park is a gem, undervalued or have great gain potential considering the 99 years leasehold launch price nearby. The facilities are also well maintained considering it age. Even have community garden for residents that like gardening. A cohesive community where residents help each other. It is definitely a great place for families and retiree to call home. -

Timeless architectural design, huge project with 696 units but still low density, owing to its vast piece of land. Enbloc potential in future. -

Hazel Park Condo
I have lived here for years and have no regret buying this property. The condo is well maintained with generous land space unlike the new condos. The interior design is also good. My unit is facing the pool & its breezy throughout the year. It's within 3min walk to Cashew MRT station, the Downtownline. It is also within walking distance to Bukit Panjang Plaza & Hillion Mall with 2nd mrt station. It has full condo facilities n maintainence fee is very reasonable. I'm quite shock & surprise to read some of the negative reviews which are untrue. We never have problem with the smell from petrol station and the place is usually quiet & peaceful because it has such big land area enough to accomodate many people. Most units are north south facing. I suspect there are people with motives out there to spread untrue reviews. I have no intention to move as I'm enjoying the facilities & convenience of the place. Don't just believe the reviews. Best to take a look at it yourself. -

MRT outside condo, near supermarket, greenery
I've lived here for a few years. The MRT is literally right outside the condo and it's a stone throw from the supermarket and two malls (Hillion and Bukit Panjang Plaza). There's a famous eatery, park and playground right outside the condo as well. The inside of the units are spacious. And inside the condo, there is a hair salon and mini mart for residents, aside from the many facilities (wave pool, 2 playground pools, baby pool, deep adult pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, squash courts). Good for families. Neighbours are nice too. Security and management is great. In all, good place for families. -

Regret old odd pink colour
I regret. After put deposit I then discover the security,residents there noisy, basement carpark lots of leaking,cleaners are lazy, the place looks better than had. Unit Layout funny square odd shape. Hillview is the prestigious all condos. Unlike this old condo surrounded by hdb, road noisy. Thumbs DOWN. Out of condo all shop houses. Hillview the best area. My regrets. -
