Quiet Abode for a family to grow
Stayed for 2 years. The condo is a located in a very nice location with amenities all around. Nice part is to see stars in the night sky and in the day bukit timah hill view. My inward facing unit is extremely quiet and cooling. Normally there is no need to turn on the aircon. The low rise blocks, pitched tiled roof, meandering steps and water feature feels like a old european town. The facilities are ok. Gym and pool are small and there is a rooftop tennis court. This project is close to JE, Beauty World redevelopment and there are also various gentrification projects on-going makes this project a value buy. The CC right beside the condo is shifting to the market location. This would likely be a consideration for developers to consider en bloc the 2 parcels of land together. -

Good size and great amenities
Stayed here for 2 yrs. Guess key feature is big bedrooms (all 3 bedrooms can fit king size) NTUC finest, Giant nearby. 3 kopitiam, 2 supermart and hawker centre Waiting for Transport hub to be here -

Acessisibilty, Community, Affordability
I bought a 3 bedded and moved in for 2 months. Having moved in here from Distict 10 I felt sceptical about the location. To my surprise,down town line mrt (beauty world) is extremely convenient & fast. And it's a nice 7mins sheltered walk back home. - the market food is awesome too People are generally nice here and the condo is surrounded by landed and condo. The Creek @bukit (few metres away)selling at $1700 and the recent new land sale (next door) could sell more than $1,400 pdf for lease hold. Makes me think that my purchase at High oak (less than 1k psf) should make economical sense I'm also lucky to move in after High oak gets a new paint :p -

Great Location
Great location, walking distance to new Beauty World MRT and Bukit Timah hawker center! Clean and well kept condo with new paint job. Highly recommended. -

Good Location
I like this location as it is within walking distance to the Beauty World MRT station and the Bukit Timah Market & Food Centre. Children will also enjoy the new playground equipment. With the repainting exercise now, this condo is clean and nice. -

Charming Condo
low-dense condo and many amenities near the condo. The Beauty World MRT is so convenient. The condo has improved through the last few years! and now undergoing the repainting exercise after a long time. -

Excellent Location and Near MRT station
The location is excellent and the condo has improved over the past few years. recommended. We like the: - convenience & proximity to the new Beauty World MRT, about 5 minutes walk - improved facilities of new gym, vending machines, a big children's playground and outdoor fitness area for elders. - its next to Bukit Timah CC! close to top schools Pei Hwa, MGS etc - close to food outlets, hawkers, clinics, pet groomers, restaurants, post office and bakery. -

Excellent Location
Been living here with the family everyone is very friendly. Facilities and limited with the pool & barbeque bit. The location makes up for it, many westerners with families luv to live here and the bigger units are popular with them. It's still Bukit Timah. Of course newer facilities have newer better facilities. But, the space value makes up for it. And common areas are still well-kept. -

No longer attractive location?
Went to view a few weeks ago... Thought better plan for child to go Pei Hwa. But to my surprise, someone told me that Pei Hwa is shifting in a few years. Overall not so well maintained. Small gym. Playground spoilt. Think I had better stay put in my Jurong which is nearer Rulang. At least the train is there all these years :) instead of moving here and getting another car. Was told limited space for second car... I guess so. Car park small and meandering. -

increased maintenace
maintence fees just went up as things are falling apart all over. Walk around you'll know why.... -
