  Hillock Green in a mega multi-condo dev

  it's like all the property developers descended upon this new Lentor area - of course because it has great amenities: wet market, schools, mrt nearby etc. personally, I feel all the developments here sound good. juz depends when they TOP and when u wanna move in, your own budget and own lifestyle needs. and decide if wanna own stay or rent out. what i like to do: follow my fave developer. go see showflat for each one, outline the facilities I like

  Hillock Green has entered the chat

  Hillock Green is yet another new upcoming 2028 condo in this new Lentor area. love the convenience of the MRT nearby, the amenities like the schs, the wet markets, the mall and the proximity to AMK estate and more. so how does Hillock Green differentiate itself from the bazillion other Lentor properties all springing up in this area in the similar timeframe? one way would be the developers: Forsea Residence Pte. Ltd, Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd, and United Engineers Ltd. just like we have preferred vendors, some ppl have preferred developers. another one is price: $1,911 to $2,551 PSF, which is a slightly lower starting point than some developments here.

  ton of condo facilities

  bunch of condo facilities to enjoy at Hillock Green, a 2028 condo in the new Lentor area. these include a billards room, community garden, co-working space to ease WFH woes (the struggle is real), dance studio, jogging track to keep fit, pet corner, skyline terrace, steam bath and more~
