Floor to ceiling flass farcade ensures natural light entering into the units. Quite typical layout of condos built during that time. No immediate amenities but only 2-3 bus strops away. Not bad. -

Good place for home
Bought the condo years ago, my family is quite happy with the place. The condo facility is very good. Since it is next to the Bukit Batok Nature Park, it is very easy for family to take walk in the park and breath the rich oxygen everyday :) -

Decided to buy a unit in Hillview Regency
I had rented a unit in Hillview Regency for the past 15 months, enjoy the facilities and the view very much. Recently just got my PR status and finally decided to counter-offer my landlord of purchaing this unit. -

most units are high and unblock,beautiful looking, at the middle of downtown line and bukit batok station,taking a bus you can get any mrt line easily,greenary surrounding -

Improvement
I moved to Hillview Regency almost coming to one year. We resident had feedback to the management and situation changed. Much improvement can be seen such as clean surrounding and tighten the security with implementing resident card. -

I had just moved into this condo. I bought because of the design. The space is very adequate and the facilities are well maintained. Definitely worth the money spent. -

lousily thin walls
this project has very thin walls and can hear neighbours upstairs and beside talking. walking sound of neighbours upstairs very audible even if it is light walking. hillview regency also far from mrt and west mall, a bit neither here nor there in my opinion. -

Share Experience
Fully agreed that this is a beautiful, quiet and convenience condo. The only fly in the ointment : 1) There is no basement car park and the car park lots are insufficient. If our vehicle park at the unsheltered (open-air) car park, it always ended with a lot of bird shits and leaves all over the car, and it really makes my husband frustrated. 2) There is no function room (with aircon). Also like to highlight that the car park is not well lit; the lighting is very dim. As for safety of the residents and to prevent any accident from happening, the lighting in the car park should be improved by installing more white light. Hope the management will look into the above matters and look forward to an improved living environment at Hillview Regency. -

Luxurious, Quiet Condo
Nice, quiet condo with ample facilities - big swimming pools, greenery, well maintained condo. Condo is 5 years old and has been recently re-painted like a brand new condo! Love the place. -

Agree with Jason and no more smell at all. Everything excellent exept for a little bit more distance to MRT. -
