  Great Location if you like Tanjong Pagar

  I first saw this condo back in 2016 and it checks many boxes for city living - great connectivity, lots of food options, supermarkets and wet market options, and now, several MRT options for different lines. However, the condo today is clearly more run down, and in need of maintenance. Its charm remains its location. Units are small, but that is a typical trade off for city living.

  Terrible Management PEGgy-water damage by lea

  Terrible MCST! Stayed here and suffer for 2 years due to facade leaking water. MCST never come repair the glass walls even after 8 months complaint! Until the unit bedrooms floor timber damaged & whole room mouldy . They refused to take responsibility and Blame tenant instead to avoid paying for timber floor and mould treatment around the house. floor damaging blame tenant, mould everywhere in house blame tenant. End up tenant loae money thousands due to this irresponsible MCST. Agent also not helping.

  new management not doing their job

  pool has become very murky recently ever since the new management has taken over. the hot tubs are out of order half the time

  Specious but old

  Great pool but condo is getting old. Spent a month with 7 plumbers trying to fix noise in my bathroom. Then turns out was main pipe, which took another month to fix due to lack of parts. AC units are old and noisy too.

  Place is getting old

  It is getting old. No reception at ground floor for guests, side entry key receiver broken, hot tub water not clean and often not even working, whole place need some maintenance. Location is great.

  Great place for short term stay

  Stayed here temporarily for 3 months. It was great! City center location with everything you need around you. depending on the facing, some units might be a bit noisy. So choose the facing carefully.

  Wonderful living!

  Happy to find this condo in the area. We are also careful to choose the unit that has an unblocked view of the city. We enjoy the unblocked view of Chinatown and look over the urban city of Singapore. At 700 sq ft for a double storey - our bedroom is on the second floor offering an amazing view. The size of our one bedroom is consider luxurious in today's Singapore standard ... (we have seen many 700 sq ft can fit in two bedrooms or even 2+1 !!) Large pools, TWO tennis courts, multiple BBQ areas, 2 NTUCs, 1 Cold Storage, Famous Japanese restaurants, Korea eateries ... also, living right at the CBD saves us A LOT OF TIME!! Highly recommended!

  One of the first prominent condo in this area, this condo has very good regular efficient layout especially for the 1 bed room units. No bay windows no balconies. Plenty of amenities with icon village below, Amara Hotel next door and Tanjong Pagar food centre and market nearby. Very near to Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Faculties is a plus with even a tennis court. Quite rare for condo in district district
