  Construction noise!

  Good location with United Square and Novena Velocity malls, but the property itself is poorly and impractically built and rooms are quite small. The MAJOR drawback is, it is surrounded by two developments and the construction noise is absolutely unbearable - completely beating the purpose of “home sweet home.” These two developments are still in the early stage, so I doubt that the noise will go away in anytime soon (I give at least two years). Would be a good place to live after the surrounded constructions are completed.

  Superb location, freehold and quiet

  One of the best developments in the area. Located in a prime area- Lincoln Road for quiet and exclusive living. Accessible to Newton and Novena MRTs, on all major Bus routes- Bus stops at Hotel Royal and United Square- can't ask for more!
