  used to be a nice place but...

  very average management, really noisy all around (renovation, will be more renovation, beer place downstairs, drone pilots...)

  Away from hustle and bustle, sanctuary close

  It's a gorgeous development. It's very close to nature (just next to Kallang River), where you can take weekends strolling or take part in water activities. Pool view also beats that of MBS. In fact, you can see a grand view of the National Stadium to the left, MBS, Gardens by the Bay and Flyer to the right. Would recommend for young couples and small families who wants to stay near the city but still close to nature. Walkable distance to MRT, but many enjoy just cycling to Bugis or Kallang Wave mall.

  be it rental or buy, this place not for faint hearted. Poorly run by bus turned developer mgt, the condo looks nice outside only but interior defects getting more after 1st yr. Agreed with some forerunners several unresolved safety to pollution issues. Full of negative vibes

  Negative vibes

  Not fantastic, surrounding with negative vibes all year round - poor defects, air noise pollution, poor lighting & old spooky backgrounds

  Full of negatives vibes

  An otherwise impressive standalone condo next to Kallang river, this place is full of negative vibes. Complaints from inconvenient transport link & pathway, internal defects to aging wall paints etc Lately more complaints on daily noises, pollution and hygiene safety issues from nearby construction. If you are male & alone can consider this place but for family, avoid. We terminated our tenancy in less than 3 months after we fell sick

  Nice view from outside

  Pros - the only condo next to Kallang river overlooking MBS and its bay. The exterior looks outstanding from afar. Cons - Too many but to name a few - inconvenient walkway to public transport. The walkway to public amenities can be better. It doesn't look safe for families or single lady to walk during night . time. The developer has poor property mgmt exp, very poor in managing defects. Not open to suggestions. The values of this condo will only go south when nearby massive condos r up. Meanwhile many complain about dengue clusters due to heavy construction otw

  poor management of estate

  barely 2 years some already complained on water proofing issues . the developer has very pooor workmanship and lack exp in estate mgmt. The surrounding is TOO DIM at night

  Kallang riverside

  Nice building but unfortunately poor management. No action at all upon complaints or pro active behaviour to keep some standard in the communal spaces, as cleanliness and noise management.

  A Green Space with Spectacular Swimming Pool

  A nice peaceful and quiet place to stay. Morning walk to Marina Bay area is refreshing and could be quite crowded in the weekend.
