Underrated Development in Area Jurong West Ar
This is a well maintained Knight Frank property. Dropped/dead leaves are cleared from ground/pool once/twice daily subjected to weather conditions. Well trimmed hedges & trees. Wooden flooring around pool free from water stains most of time. Numerous water fountains keep mosquitoes away, so are the light reflectors keeping away birds with their droppings. Plenty of parking lots. Friendly staff from the guards to the cleaning aunties. Yes it can be noisy in pool/BBQ area in evening, but it also means facilities are actually being used unlike other condos mostly for show. One has to stay here to know what it's like vs other places out there. The low number for sale/rent is with multiple nationalities tenant is a testament to how good this estate is. -

Lousy condo for self stay
This condo is becoming more and more noisy compared to before pandemic years. So many young kids screaming around and the parents follow the screaming and loud talking as well. Very poor sound proof in the unit. You can hear your neighbour doing their kitchen or talking in the balcony clearly. Those people who like to speak in public area, say, in the corridor out of the lift, will be heard clearly . People throw their rubbish in the common area. I would say these happen more often in recent 1-2years. The community is becoming a mess! I would say the place is only good to rent out for those who willing to pay high to study in CIS and live close. Not fit for anyone who like peace. -

Lousy condo
Poor layout and construction; very noisy. Can hear you neighboring talking and dragging furnitures 24 hours a day. Management is poor. Too many units rented out and messy environment. -

Lousy Development
The worst condo i have lived in. Lousy facilities. Quite a distance from the mrt, if raining then it is worst. No traffic light to cross the road, accident risk at the T junction. Mosquitoes problems for many years. The outlook is good and probably low in maintenance cost. Swimming pool is the worst in comparison to the newer condos. No lap pool. Strongly discourage anyone to buy, especially if the psf is above $1,500. But very good for foreigners who has children studying at Canadian International School. -

For the folks of the West
Only those who live or wish to live in the west will find Lakeville a jewel. Is 500m walk too far and deserve one-star? Then what will those developments which do not even have MRT nearby deserve? If you want genuine rating, look at mine. I am not a property agent or those who rate with hate-factors, and I have seen the actual unit itself. -

Location
Too bad its located in between the 2 mrt stations. Distance to walk is still a fair 500+ meters. However i do like those units over looking the lake. -

Not a good location
The location is an inconvenient walking distance from Lakeside MRT. You need to cross a junction and walk around 10-15 minutes along the roadside. Not many buses pass by the area. Also, most units do not have any view of the lake. -

Inferior location, lousy product, over priced
Obviously capitalising on the hype on J Gateway. Any smart buyer will know that at the kind of selling price, they are able to get better located project elsewhere and nearer to city centre -
