Clean, well maintained and peaceful environme
Have been staying for over a year. Never regretted my decision purchasing a unit in Livia. The gym is well equipped, the facilities are well maintained and gives a very peaceful vibes. -

The earliest of the cluster of 5 condo cluster at Pasir Ris, if one is the first batch to buy directly from the developer, the first mover advantage would have been a handsome increase in price -

Very nice
I have been staying in Livia for around 3 months. I really love the place. It is on a huge piece of land. Lots of pools and playgrounds for my kids. Place is also quite well managed. Very hard to find such condos with reasonable sized bedrooms nowadays. Friends and relatives give a thumbs up. -

Nice ...
Those units facing the road can be noisy because of the buses. Sound proofing is good, interior is good, cleanly kept, nice & helpful security personnel and nice around. -

Livia NICE place to stay
Good furnace by CDL, we moved in already 2 mths. CDL has good furnace, quality and big space compare to other condo, like H20. Outdoor activities is sufficient for kids and family. I foresee Pasir Ris is a potential place to develop like other areas like tampines , ponggol having MRT at this areas few year times... Be patient. Luoyang pt just 10mins drive from Livia and no traffic jam during peak hour in this areas. NO REGRET. GOOD BUY. -

Like any other condo reviews, there will always be some who are keen to press it down with such extreme reviews...perhaps, they are hoping that the prices will come down or it is not within their reach. -

Poor distinction and workmanship
Visited this area and tried to find good reasons to love it but other than classifying it as just a place to stay, there is nothing further to comment or praise this property. The apartment seems poorly built so it is quite understandable to mistake it for a HDB. Hopefully when the EC comes up, the owners of this property better pray that the EC is not well-built, but chances are the EC may well be better built than this one, so it is amusing to see people paying so much more to accept such quality. The design is certainly nothing close to even the upcoming RV residences nearby with special pool exercise facilities and modern facade design. Not very near MRT or mall or small cafes, or themed park or good schools or market, Livia has nothing going for it at all! Very disappointing project. -
