  Poor construction wuality

  Location is top notch but developer did a very lousy job with the units. No sunlight, no airflow, damp and mould are constant problems. Lousy materials used for built ins. Kitchen cabinet, bathroom cabinet, wardrobe all mouldy. Electrical outlets faulty, doors misaligned. Bad smell comes out of rubbish chute whenever it rains. If you buy a unit here you will have to renovate as if it’s a 20 yo development even though it’s new. Common area maintenance is terrible. Swimming pool has a layer of dirt on the bottom you can feel with your feet. Toilets and changing rooms flooded and stink. High class image, low class reality.

  Think twice and visit on weekends before buyi

  There is a lot of litter in the common areas (especially disgusting food litter around the 7 11 and the bars). Dog urine stains a lot of the pavement. On Sundays domestic workers picnic in the central area and get in the way of residents walking around. Pavements leading to MRT stations are narrow and you will be constantly fighting against human traffic. Your neighbors will be a lot of noisy party making people renting the one bedrooms. Basically this price is overpriced due to these issues.

  Nice looking. Bad management

  Building is beautiful but they are constantly fixing things - unusual for a new building, I would think. The apartments have good space, but the electrical wiring has failed us several times - appliances getting burnt out, etc. Also, the management lets people walk their dogs on concrete on the 2nd floor so there is pee and sometimes poo there. People also drop their bags with poop in the trash cans near the elevators, and they don't seem to be able to control it.

  Ok but bad maintenance

  Bad maintenance, things seem to break in the common area frequently. Otherwise new and modern condo.

  Park tower has my heart

  We moved into the Park Tower of Marina One Residences two years ago. Most of the apartments in this block are already occupied. It’s such a lovely, high-quality project that comes with a biodiversity garden and a towering waterfall. Just thinking about the place brings a smile to my face. The location couldn’t get any better as both the Marina Bay and Downtown MRT stations are within walking distance.

  Prestige residence with not relevant manageme

  I live here a few months. The apartment is standard. But you will face with not friendly staff and management. If Marina One is going to become a top level condo it should change a management company

  Looks nice but horrible place

  Good location but terrible inside, no light, always construction, few lifts for everyone, direct access to mrt still not ready (and always some in maintenance so cannot use). Don't recommend
