Extremely convinient
Decent facilities and so near to the MRT, thus can be pricy. For expats that need to travel often to the airport, this unit is insanely convenient to the point you may not even want a cab. -

Not soundproof
Place not soundproof. Constant pounding noise day in day out. Not properly sheltered also if there is heavy rain and strong wind. Condo shelter needs to modify as offer 0 protection against rain+wind. -

Rarely does one find a condo thats is only 1
Rarely does one find a condo thats is only 1 minute walk to the MRT station, and in this case, Simei MRT station. Medium size of 301 units spread among 5 blocks means it is not overly dense. -

Score on transport links and nearby amenities
Compared to condos such as Lakefront which is also next to MRT station, My Manhattan has the advantage of East Point Mall and nearby hawker centre. Clever to have multi-storey car park blocking the noise from MRT. Takes only 26 min to get to Raffles Place by MRT and only 16 min to MBS by car. -

convinience and lifestyle at tips
Convenient staying, very peaceful and serene. Breezy security is awesome stylish living. I bet you will save 500 dolor worth of commutation staying here. No Bay window better space foe use. -

Excellent Convenient Location
Best advantages of this project are very convenient location in terms of as and when you need your daily essential items, you may just cross opposite to buy, no need to stock up..... and MRT is just directly opposite whereby going to city, CBD and/or Changi International Airport is just a breeze man ! Beside so many Plus Plus Plus convenient advantages nearby !!! About the noise from the MRT track, it is very subjective to individual preference ? but generally, you don't stay there the whole day, right ? So do you prefer staying in a convenient location even during urgent / last minute of getting your daily essential item is so easy reach whereby no need to drive out to buy and drive back; less than 3 mins walking to take public transport (MRT & buses) or Do you prefer a quiet and privacy living environment whereby just wanted to buy a bread / packet of rice also need to cycle or drive there (to & fro) ?? You decide, $ is under your control ? You are the Best Person / Investor to understand your needs ? I agree that for total quiet relaxing environment, this is not an ideal place to stay !! Remember, Noise is everywhere and is common staying in city area. Getting a Tenant should be very easy so Rental Yield gain is great potential. Overall, this is a value buy for convenient location. -

Very accessible and convenient place
I have been living next to My Manhattan for 5 months and totally enjoy the accessibility by train and the mall right in front. Enrichment centres such as "I Can Read", "Tien Hsiah" is in the mall (dont hv to drive around during weekends and looking for parking is crazy and expensive) NTUC Fairprice is in the mall and I dont hv to stock up everthing during the weekend only marketing. Take a 3-4mins walk there. Foodcourt, coffeeshops, bakery, restaurants everywhere...been spending a lot...happily... As for the MRT noise it is not that bad when u get used to it. Everywhere in Singapore is noisy, highways, roads, constructions ... if u want convenience unless it is a new estate without amenities -

Will not sell!
Too expensive for simei. No one will buy for this price. Will property measure developer will sell cheaper, as they have bought lang cheap and can breakeven at 800psf. People who bought earlier will bleed hard. -
