Dishonest and Incompetent Managing Agent of N
The Managing Agent (MA) had engaged the main contractor to hack the wardrobe and walls above my unit to investigate a water leakage source on 20 May 2024, without my knowledge. Upon returning home, I found my house covered in debris, dust, and dirt. Despite reaching out to the security officers and MCST council members, they refused to respond or provide assistance, leaving me in a dangerous environment without support. Despite their clear oversight, the MA denied responsibility, misled residents about the situation, and refused to provide adequate cleaning services, leaving me to manage the aftermath on my own for days. They also unjustly blamed me for removing a cover that was insufficient to protect my unit from the debris in the first place. -

Love this place and the community
Last 3 years, I have stayed here with my family, renting a 3-bedder. Luxurious feeling, 2 spacious balcony, facing landed property. Quite windy, so at night I can sleep without air-con. I also like the community, you can heard the kids enjoying the pool during weekend and the outdoor gym is just what I wanted and equipment are brand new. Love the pool myself too. -

Excellent condo
I happened to read a single person repeating her negative review as Ms Anonymous. My understanding is that there is a leakage within her unit which she did not allow the Condo Management Agent, contractors and engineers to step in for repairs. She also made unreasonable demands. This caused a stalemate. This issue was already discussed in the Annual meeting where she also showed bad attitude. Hence, I am not sure why Property Guru allows these biased reviews, from one person and not representative of the condo residents. I suggest viewers to come to the condo to see for himself and herself. We have certainly no leakage problem, and find the MA very helpful, responsive even during weekends and essentially it's a peaceful and wonderful place to live ! My neighbours like the place too. -

horrific treatment from Chambers Property Man
I have experienced horrific treatment from Chambers Property Management Services (CPMS), specifically the managing agents, who have engaged in: - Dishonesty: Providing false information and misleading statements - Incompetence: Failing to address issues and resolve problems - Unprofessionalism: Ignoring residents' concerns and requests, and showing a lack of empathy - Unqualified: Lacking necessary qualifications and expertise - Untrustworthiness: Breaching trust and failing to act in residents' best interests -

Poor Management and Unresolved Issues
I've had the misfortune of living at Natura@Hillview. The experience has been disappointing, to say the least. The management's inability to address longstanding issues, such as the water leakage problem in my unit, is appalling. Despite repeated requests, the management has failed to take responsibility and provide a permanent solution. The lack of transparency, communication, and accountability is staggering. It's clear that residents' concerns are not a priority. The building's attractive facade hides a multitude of problems, including poor management, a lack of maintenance and communication, unresolved water leakage issues and unprofessional attitude towards residents. -

Poor management at Natura@Hillview
I have been a resident at Natura@Hillview for several years, but my experience has been significantly impacted by poor management and a lack of accountability. A persistent water leakage issue in my unit, which has remained unresolved for nearly four years, is a major concern. Despite numerous requests, management has not taken the necessary steps to address the problem, leaving me to manage the consequences. The lack of transparency and communication has been frustrating, and the management’s engagement with dishonest, unqualified, and unprofessional managing agents from Chamber Property Management Services only exacerbates the situation. -

Disappointing Experience with Natura@Hillview
I've been a resident of Natura@Hillview for several years, but my experience with the management has been extremely disappointing. The prolonged and unresolved water leakage issue in my unit has highlighted the incompetence and lack of accountability of the main contractor, Lim Wen Heng, and the MCST 4524 council. The management's response to the issue has been inadequate, with a lack of transparency and communication. Despite numerous requests, they have failed to provide a permanent solution, leaving me to deal with the consequences of their negligence. Furthermore, the management's attitude towards residents is unprofessional and dismissive. They seem more interested in protecting their own interests than in addressing the concerns of those who live here. -

Unresolved Water Leakage Issue at Natura@Hill
Despite numerous reports and requests for assistance, the issue remains unresolved since September 2020. The main contractor, Lim Wen Heng Construction, has failed to take responsibility. The managing agent has also been unresponsive and unhelpful. The prolonged delay has caused significant distress, inconvenience, and financial loss. The lack of communication and progress updates has added to the frustration. I urge potential buyers and residents to be aware of the poor management and lack of accountability at Natura@Hillview. The unsolved water leakage issue is a clear indication of the neglect and disregard for residents' welfare. -

Prolonged water leakage issue for almost 4 ye
For almost four years, a unit at Natura@Hillview has suffered from unresolved water leakage issues. The MCST council members appear to be concealing the mismanagement by Chambers Property Management Services, whose actions have been dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional, unqualified, and untrustworthy. This situation has forced the resident to endure a stressful, unsafe, and unhealthy living environment. Despite the STB hearing on 20 February 2024, the concerns and questions of the resident have been ignored. The ongoing neglect has led the resident to severe distress. -

Unresolved water seepage issue for almost 4 y
Potential defects in the common riser have led to the involvement of the main contractor, Lim Wen Heng Construction, who has been investigating the issue since September 2020. On 15 December 2023, they removed the wardrobe and hacked the wall to inspect the problem. However, they have refused to address any questions or concerns raised by the resident and have not responded to requests for the reinstatement of the wall and wardrobe. This has further worsened the living conditions and significantly increased the resident’s stress. -
