Resort and spacious feeling, very convenient
I have just moved in half a year ago. I totally agree with the rest that the location is superb convenient, with lot1, CCK MRT in less than 3 mins walk. New management team very proactive. Nowadays very hard to locate a private condo that is so close to MRT station. It's a good investment indeed. As the condo is more than 10 years old, I just spend to renovate the interior and it is as good as new and cosy again. The 7 blocks are all comfortably spaced apart and it is sitting on a considerable big piece of land which cannot be found in new condos now. -

Very Happy Resident
Just moved into Northvale a few months ago and am extremely happy so far! Location is superb with Lot 1 and MRT such a short distance away. We chose this development because units are very well spread out and of course it was within our budget! Some refurbishment is required for kitchen and bathroom areas though, as this is not a new development. I have to comment that the management committee is very active with lots of activities week in week out, and overall maintenance of the condo has been superb!! Pick a pool view if you dont mind kids making noise on weekends, pick a putting green view if you like the quiet. We like quiet, and we are very happy residents! -

Northvale
One of the most convenient condo in D23. 2mins to CCK MRT and LOT1 Shopping Mall. Next to KJE. The land area of Northvale is definitely one of the largest in its class. Unit size is also bigger than most new condo. Definitely one of the better condo in D23. However, the interior might need some touch up due to its age... -

Comfortable Living
Northvale is a pretty convenient and comfortable condo - the spread of the towers, relatvely active management and its location are some of the key factors. The hall is quite spacious and so is the kitchen (for those who like cooking)... Overall its a cool place.... -

Good
I bought a place there. I agreed with you on the location and near to almost everything except my mother-in-law ! For me the blocks are spread a distance and its not congested as compared to those condo in town or near town.... like those in St Michael Road. Management is quite active too .... holding various activities during festive seasons, book exchange....etc. Happy Living. -

Beautiful !!
Went to see a 1270sqft unit. Wow big kitchen ! and well size Hall and 3 Rooms. Seems newly painted. Very good location ; next to MRT, Bus Interchange, Lot1 shopping and FULL with aminities ! from hardware stores to barber stores ! Agent tells me there is a 24hrs food court too !! Shell and Mobil petrol station near by too for 24hrs convenience. Went to see the facilities, basically resort living , well maintainance and most of all CLEAN ! Condo is sitting on a pretty big piece of land too. I am considering this development for its convenience and location. *Ohh another thing i noticed. Security guard is definitely "ON the BALL" ! checking my appt , details before letting me in....... inconvenience BUT hey ! i would one this one if i am the resident !! -

Northvale Condo
I enjoy the spaciousness it provides, wonderful place to live,nearest to Shopping mall,eating places,easy acess to transportation MRT and bus interchange, good condo management team,a lots of monthly activities such as video shows, festival celebrations,get together by the condo occupiers and etc.. , garden is well kept and neat, and many more ... see for yourself to believe. -

-Northvale is 2 mins walking distance to Choa Chu Kang MRT and Shopping Center Lot 1. -Very Windy and resort like with greenery -Surrounding is very spacious with a big pool -The blocks are far from each other -Good management team -organise activities for residents -

Convenient
This condo is very convenient in terms of location, with MRT and shopping very close. The layout of the whole development is reasonably well planned. Suitable for family. The downside is no built-in cabinet for any room -

most convenient condo i've seen and very suitable for expats. -
